Roland JP8000 Physical modeling analogue-style Synthesizer

Since it came out in 1997, the Roland JP8000 has been satisfying artists with its combination of great analog sounds and digital advantages. The programming is easy, the MIDI implementation is excellent, the real-time controllers are sweet as anything, and those sounds... Phat, phat, phat. The JP8000 is capable of producing the vintage analog synth sounds you love, as well as timbres you’ve never heard before. If you already have a MIDI keyboard to use as a controller, we suggest you go with the new rack/tabletop version, the JP8080. The JP8080 offers some new features like a cool Vocoder, and since it lacks a keyboard, it costs about the same. But if you want the same basic set of incredible sounds in a keyboard version, the JP8000 is still the way to go.
