Rode NT1 Studio Condenser Microphone
The microphone head is made of two layers of high-grade stainless steel. The outer layer is of an extremely heavy open weave to provide strength, the internal fine layer provides an effective 'pop' shield while still being acoustically transparent. These high-grade mesh screens are formed 'as one' into the distinctive shape by applying a single blow of over 100 tons of pressure! The simple but effective mounting system (RM1) is supplied as standard, and allows for ease of mounting and positioning. This mic is perfect for anyone who records anything, anywhere, but we don't recommend it for the stage. A high-grade studio mic makes your studio sound better in every case, regardless of the level of your studio. If you're down to making a choice between a piece of processing gear and a fine mic, and you don't have a fine mic already, get the mic. There isn't a processing piece made that's going to shine up a poorly mic'd track, but a well-mic'd track will require less processing.
