Audio Technica’s AT4047SV is designed for professional recording and critical applications in broadcast and live sound. The transformer-coupled output and specially-tuned element provide sonic characteristics reminiscent of early F.E.T. studio microphone designs.
The AT4047SV features exceptionally low self-noise, wide dynamic range and high SPL capability. In addition, it comes equipped with gold-plated, specially-contoured and aged, dual-diaphragms, a switchable 80 Hz hi-pass filter and 10 dB pad. Included, with the microphone is the AT8449/SV shock mount. Both the microphone and the shock mount have a vintage silver-matte finish.
