MAGIX Samplitude 6.0; real quality sound production with new video and Internet featuresThe fine quality Samplitude is known for has just advanced into the new millennium. In order to reduce the waiting time, the currently available version 5.9 now includes a free upgrade to Samplitude 6.0. Owners of previous versions of Samplitude can also purchase reasonably priced upgrades. Samplitude 6.0 is available in three versions: Samplitude Master, SRP $359.99, for wave editing and CD-production, Samplitude Studio, SRP $499.99, for multitrack editing and recording, and Samplitude 2496, SRP $799.99, with the most extensive multi-track editing functions and high-end CD mastering. New features of Samplitude 6.0: Intuitive interface: Beginner-friendly settings with ergonomic design and visualizer window, e.g. for easy CD-mastering, wave editing, multitrack recording and surround editing-giving a full-view of the extensive menu and toolbar functions. Apply personalized settings easily. The new mouse mode helps user view and work with the tools easily. Authoring tool: Samplitude 6.0 enables the creation of Personal Rich Media by integrating video, Internet, streaming media and interactive technology for sound media. Publish your projects on the web at www.magix.com and get downloads from the Internet directly from the program. More DSP-Power (Digital Signal Processing): Samplitude 6.0 offers high-end audio effects. Now applicable in real-time to individual objects in the arranger. For example, every audio object on the timeline can have its own compressor, FFT-filter, dehisser or multi-band stereo enhancer - ideal for high-end mastering and creative sound design. The program is already optimized for Pentium 4 processors and uses its full processing power. More flexible recordings: From instant recordings with just one click, up to direct recording into formats like MP3 or other compressed audio formats. The various recording functions can be adjusted to your personal preferences. By overcoming the common file-size-limit, users can make multi-track recordings hours in length, even in high-resolution formats like 32 Bit / 96 kHz with sizes way beyond the former 2 GB barrier. Depending on the hardware used, an unlimited amount of tracks may be used. Extended Mixer: Samplitude 6.0 now integrates a high-end mixer with a freely selectable amount of sub-mix busses and AUX-channels. Integrated effects like equalizers, dynamics, delay, reverb and DirectX plug-ins can be arranged freely in the order of usage. The routing of the Input and Output is done quickly by using presets or by using the convenient standardized routing page. More powerful wave editing: If users are working on very long recordings or short samples, Samplitude enables destructive and non-destructive editing even for mp3's and other compressed files. Stable playback functions and scrubbing make the editing process more convenient. The integrated 'File-Manager' cleans up the file chaos.
