SKB 16-Space Rack Mount Case with Shock Mount
With the addition of the 1SKB-R916U20, SKB now offers seven sizes of 20-inch (depth) Roto Shockmount cases. This case, just like all the other sizes in this series, provides a rotationally molded tough shell with integrally molded valence. The inner rack of this series also uses the same construction methods and materials as the 24-inch shock rack series, and comes standard with eight HM-245 elastomeric shocks (load range 40 to 150 lbs). Additional shocks are available for heavier loads up to 300 lbs (136 kilos). “These cases are ideal for production companies and touring groups where the road is rugged and the climate is unpredictable,” noted SKB Vice President, David Via. “Borrowing knowledge and technological advancements in design and materials from our Industrial Division enable us to offer the most durable shockmount case, period!
