Hello, I have an emagic problem which I hope you may be able to advise me on:
I am using logic 4. 5 and an Audiowerks 8 sound card to run an installation.
I am playing six channels of audio via the card, and one channel (qtr PAL) of video which is run in logic but output via a miro-motion dc30 card.
The whole thing runs for 30 mins after which time it loops indefinitely.
The problem is that after about 5 loops, playing for around 2 hrs 30 mins the error appears 'unable to synchronise midi and audio'
I am not running any midi so not sure why this happens, and the system I am running should be more than powerful enough to cope.
My system configuration is:
Logic 4. 5
Apple Mac G4 500
520 Mb RAM
18 Gb ultra scsi hard-drive (Chetah 15000 rpm)
Ultra scsi card
O. S system 9. 4
I would really appreciate any thoughts anybody may have on this problem.
