Way Out West on tour with Allen & Heath Xone:92 DJ MixerAllen & Heath has delivered the new MIDI-enabled Xone:92 DJ mixer to leading British electronic act Way Out West. The band has just embarked on an intensive tour of North America to promote their new, highly-acclaimed album "Don't Look Now" (Distinctive). The bonus mix CD which accompanies "Don't Look Now" was mixed live on the Xone:92 at Way Out West's studio in Bristol, England.Way Out West formerly comprised leading DJ/producers Nick Warren and Jody Wisternoff but recently the act has expanded with the addition of vocalist Omi, plus a full complement of live musicians. The Way Out West live show features an eclectic mix of DJ-ing and keyboards by Nick and Jody, fusing with other live instruments. Jody recently commented in an interview with the influential American magazine 'Remix' that the Xone:92 "Makes records sound amazing!"
