TL Audio VTCs Go EastThe recent Frankfurt Musikmesse resulted in orders for the first TL Audio VTC consoles to be delivered to the Pacific Asia region.{2189.jpgrThe picture shows Rick Nakajima of Sound House next to TL Audio's VTC console at the Frankfurt Musikmesse. The first VTC to Japan has been ordered by Rick Nakajima's Sound House distribution company, and the 16 channel console will be used as a demonstration unit. The connection between Sound House and TL Audio has been established by HHB Communications, who use Sound House as their distribution agent in Japan for their own branded products, including the TL Audio-designed HHB Classic and Radius tube processors. Sound House's notable success with these processors has led to the logical next step of handling the tube console in Japan as well. The second VTC order at the show was to Young's Music in Korea, who have now been appointed as the exclusive TL Audio distributor in that territory. As part of their opening order Young's Music have purchased a 32 channel VTC console which has already been pre-sold. TL Audio's Sales and Marketing Manager Howard Jones commented: "With the VTC having established a firm foothold in Europe and the US, it's nice to see the Pacific Asia region embracing this unique console.
